Mr. Uğur is a civil engineer specialising in transportation and mechanics of structures. He also holds an M.Sc. degree in Engineering Management.
He has many years of experience in the planning, design and management of highways, railways, bridges and tunnels. Working with several companies, he has gained broad experience in transportation projects, from survey to construction.
He is familiar with all aspects of the design process and has led teams of engineers and draughtsmen on various projects. He has advanced computer skills and is keen on design using computer programs and on writing engineering software.
